The first Living Veda™ Conference brought scholars, practitioners and seekers together to ask how Vedic insight, read in the light of Sri Aurobindo, can speak to life now. The three-day gathering explored the Veda as a living source for inner transformation, sustainability, governance and collective renewal.

The programme opened with Veda ghosha and the lighting of the lamp, followed by keynote reflections, scholarly papers and sessions in Sanskrit and English. The closing described the conference as a jnana tirtha: an active meeting place for knowledge rather than a return to a distant past.
- 70 scholars participated across the programme.
- 30 papers were presented over the three days.
- Convened with the Sri Aurobindo Society and academic collaborators from India and abroad.
- Conversations included symbolism, mantra, inner life and contemporary applications of Vedic knowledge.
