Living Veda™ 2 gathered at Jaipur to consider modern approaches to the Veda, guided by Sri Aurobindo’s reading of its inner knowledge. The conference placed its attention on meaning: the “secret” held in the Vedas and its relevance to contemporary life.

Jointly organised by the Sri Aurobindo Society, SAKSHI Trust and Central Sanskrit University, the Jaipur edition convened scholars from varied institutions and disciplines. A collection of the presented papers was released at the inaugural function.
- Two days of papers and reflections in Jaipur.
- Contributors explored Sri Aurobindo’s The Secret of the Veda, symbolism, yajnya, Savitri and contemporary relevance.
- The proceedings were edited by Dr. R. V. Jahagirdar, Prof. Renuka Rathore, Dr. Rani Dadhicha and Dr. Kanta Galani.
